CLIENT LOVE NOTES
Your wedding day flashes by in a blur. One moment you are slipping into the wedding dress you dreamed over and what feels like minutes later … you are dancing barefoot to “Last Dance”.
Your photos are the way to relive every. single. moment. over and over again.
You will feel those butterflies again when you see the photos of you walking toward you groom for the first time. You can relive the happiness radiating from your family as you walked down the aisle as husband and wife. You will forever cherish your dad’s face as he fought back the tears in his eyes as he danced with his baby girl. These little moments will be preserved.

Q : HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
A : My images are natural, romantic and carefree. I’m half editorial and half photojournalist. I’ll capture all your pretty details (dress, shoes, etc) and photograph your portraits in a fun / romantic, editorial way, but I’ll capture your first look, ceremony, and reception candidly as the events unfold.
Q : HOW MANY HOURS OF WEDDING COVERAGE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?
A : Most of my clients have between 8 - 10 hrs of coverage. Not sure how many hours you need? Just let me know, and I am happy to create a timeline so you can determine what works best for your day.
Q : WE’RE HAVING A DESTINATION WEDDING. DO YOU TRAVEL?
A : Yes! I love destination weddings (and traveling!) and have been lucky enough to travel all over the world shooting weddings including Grand Cayman, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and more. Depending on the location, my fees are often travel costs alone. Send me information on your travel plans, and I will create a custom wedding collection just for you.
Q : DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ELOPEMENTS?
A : Of course! And I simply adore them. I book elopements 2 - 3 months out if you are planning a weekend elopement or at any point during your planning process if it is a weekday. I offer special rates for weekday elopements.
Q : DO YOU DELIVER ALL IMAGES FROM THE WEDDING? HOW MANY PICTURES DO YOU INCLUDE IN THE WEDDING PACKAGE?
A : We take A LOT of photos on the wedding day, and you get all the best ones. Our clients receive between 75 - 100 images per hour of coverage.
Q : HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
A: You will get a sneak peek within 2 weeks of your wedding, and your wedding collection is delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding day.
Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
A : I am a Nikon girl. All of my Nikon cameras and lenses have a backup in the rare event that anything should happen to one of them. So don’t you stress. I also shoot medium format film with a Pentax 645N and 35 mm film.
Q : WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE ISN’T ENOUGH LIGHT AVAILABLE OR THE SUN HAS ALREADY SET?
A : No problem. While I prefer natural light whenever possible, I also bring in off-camera lighting (flashes or a video light) when the space is dark or after the sun sets.
Q : DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
A : I highly recommend ordering prints / albums through the studio, but it is not required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I do encourage clients to order prints and wedding albums through the studio.
Q : WE’RE READY TO BOOK! HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?
A: Because photography is such a personal component of the wedding day, I love to set up a time to connect about your wedding. A non-refundable 50% retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your wedding day, and then things are official!
